ABSTRACT

Roni Setiyawan, NIM: 15 52 31 202, skripsi berjudul “Analisis
Strategi Pemasaran Produk Tabungan Tamca Pada BMT Berkah Wreksa
Kahuripan Cabang Kartasura”. Jurusan Perbankan Syariah, Universitas Islam
Negeri Raden Mas Said Surakarta 2022.
The background of this research is seen in the application of marketing
strategies to increase the number of customers of BMT Berkah Wreksa Kahuripan
Kartasura Branch. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategy is used by
BMT Berkah Wreksa Kahuripan in increasing the number of customers and to
know the implementation of the Tamca Savings marketing strategy.
In this study using qualitative research methods, namely where data
analysis is in the form of data collection in the form of interviews, observations
and also documentation. The results of the interview and documentation process
will then be processed by examining the data which will later get the real meaning
so that it can be drawn into a conclusion.
The marketing strategy implemented by BMT Berkah Wreksa
Kahuripan Kartasura branch is to apply the elements contained in the marketing
mix, namely product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy, place strategy,
people strategy, process strategy, and physical evidence strategy. The marketing
strategy for the Tamca savings product from year to year does not work perfectly
because based on reports of total customer income from the Tamca Savings
product at the BMT Berkah Wreksa Kahuripan Kartasura branch for the 2019
period, there are only a few customers. BMT Berkah Wreksa Kahuripan Kartasura
branch in an effort to increase customers for the Tamca savings product, namely
promoting the Tamca savings product to the public using brochures, pamphlets,
social media, market raids and pick-up balls aimed at introducing the products to
be offered. Therefore, people are interested in wearing the products offered,
besides word of mouth promotion is also very effective in attracting people to use
Tamca savings products.
