PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK , CITRA MEREK DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN (Studi Kasus Konsumen Emina Di Kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and
trust on consumer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative research. This
study uses primary and secondary data. The sample used was 100 respondents taken
from Emina consumers in Surakarta. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique with
purposive sampling method by distributing questionnaires through google form, the
data was processed using SPSS 20 software in this study there were three independent
variables, namely product quality, brand image and trust. One dependent variable is
customer satisfaction. The results showed that product quality, brand image and trust had a
significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, brand image, trust, consumer satisfaction
