ANALISIS PENERAPAN AKAD MURABAHAH BIL WAKALAH DALAM PEMBIAYAAN MIKRO DI BANK PEMBIAYAAN RAKYAT SYARIAH DANA MULIA

ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the application of micro financing for murabahah
bil wakalah contracts at Islamic financial institutions located in the Laweyan
District, Surakarta City, which is more precisely at the Dana Mulia Surakarta
People's Islamic Funding Bank.
This type of research is used to analyze the application of Murabahah bil
Wakalah Micro Financing at the Dana Mulia Syariah People's Financing Bank
using primary and secondary data. This can be interpreted that researchers in
analyzing research can collect data in the form of words and pictures. The data are
in the form of interview script data, notes, fields, photographs, personal documents.
Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers, it can be
concluded that the BPRS Dana Mulia has problems after the contract. The obstacle
is in the form of administrative completeness from customers such as the absence
of purchase receipts and constraints on the difference in the amount of funds used
in the contract agreement and receipts. BPRS Dana Mulia overcomes these
obstacles by visiting the customer's place, checking whether the purchase was made
correctly and in accordance with the contract agreement.
