ABSTRACT

This study uses a type of quantitative research. Using three independent
variables, namely facilities, service quality, and price, it also uses one dependent
variable, namely tourist satisfaction. This research was conducted because there is
a research gap, namely there are differences in the results of previous studies
regarding the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction. The object of this research
is Umbul Asri Klaten, with Subjects to Tourists Umbul Asri Klaten. The purpose of
this study was to determine the effect of facility variables, service quality variables,
and price variables on tourist satisfaction by conducting a study in Umbul Asri
Klaten. The sample used in this study were 112 respondents using the simple
random sampling method, which is a random sampling technique without regard
to the strata or levels in the population. Data collection techniques were carried
out using an online questionnaire or using a google form. Data analysis used
instrument test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test, multiple
linear regression test, and also hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS 22
software.
From the results of the study it can be concluded that partially facilities
have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, service quality has a
positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, price has a significant
influence on tourist satisfaction. The price variable has the highest significant value
compared to the facilities variable and the service quality variable.
