PENGARUH PERCEIVED USEFULNESS, PERCEIVED RISK, ATTITUDE, SUBJECTIVE NORM DAN PERCEIVED EASE OF USE TERHADAP INTENTION TO USE APLIKASI LAYANAN MOBILE PAYMENT OVO
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived
risk, attitude, subjective norm and perceived ease use on the intention to use the
OVO mobile payment service application in Boyolali. This type of research is
quantitative research. The population of this study is people who know the OVO
mobile payment service application who is domiciled in Boyolali. Sampling was
done by purposive sampling method with a total sample of 190 respondents. The
data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire which was
analyzed with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software.
The results showed that perceived risk had no negative and no significant
effect on intention to use. While perceived usefulness, perceived ease use, attitude
and subjective norm have positive and significant effect to intention to use.
Based on this, it can be concluded that perceived risk is not necessarily a
significant determinant of intention to use. meanwhile, perceived usefulness,
perceived ease of use, attitude and subjective norm are able to influence consumer
intention to use OVO mobile payment service application so that OVO companies
are expected to pay more attention to these things to increase consumer intention
to use OVO mobile payment.
