PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN GANDA DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan Wanita PT. Altra Multi Sandang Sragen)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of dual role conflict (work family
conflict) and training on employee performance. This research was conducted in
PT. Altra Multi Sandang Sragen. This research uses the quantitative method that
present the result in the form of number. The population on this study is an female
employees of PT. Altra Multi Sandang Sragen. Technique of sample-taking uses
purposive sampling with 73 correspondents. Collecting data by quesionnaires
using a Likert scale to measure 17 indicators. Data analysis technique used is
multiple linear regression with the help of IBM program SPSS. Independent
variables in this research is dual role conflict and training, as dependent variables
is female employee performance.
The result of this research that dual role conflict had no significant
influence on female employee performance, while training had significant influence
on female employee performance in significant level less 0,05 or 5%.
