PENGARUH ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH DAN CITRA DESTINASI SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN BERKUNJUNG DENGAN MINAT BERKUNJUNG SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDASI (Studi Kasus Destinasi Resto Kejteh, Wangen, Polanharjo, Klaten)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze how the influence of electronic
word of mouth and destination image on visiting decisions and interest in
visiting as a mediation. This research is quantitative by using non probably
sampling method or more precisely using purposive sampling technique.
Data analysi methods of s using multiple linear regression analysis and
path analysis. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire that was
distributed to 109 respondents for further analysis using SPSS version 22
software.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of electronic word
of mouth and destination image and its impact on the decision to visit with
interest in visiting as a mediating variable. Study I is a case study on tourists
who have visited the Kejteh Resto Destination Case Study, Wangen,
Polanharjo, Klaten. This study uses purposive sampling with 109
respondents are tourists who have visited the Kejteh Resto Destination Case
Study, Wangen, Polanharjo, Klaten. The conclusion from this study indicate
that electronic word of mouth has an effect on visiting interest, as well as
destination image has an effect on interest in visiting, as well as interest in
visiting affect the decision to visit. And interest in visiting mediation of
electronic word of mouth and destination image on visiting decisions.
