ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN FITUR PAYLATER (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
Paylater feature is a new technology that exists in Indonesia and starting to
be in great demand and use during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study use
Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory to determine factors that influence
the use of paylater feature. The purpose of this study is to determine whether
perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived security have a positive
and significant effect on actual use paylater through behavioral intention as an
intervening variable. Also determine whether the behavioral intention to use
paylater has a positive and significant effect on actual use of paylater.
This study is a quantitative study with 19,431 students at UIN Raden Mas
Said Surakarta as population. Sample used in this study is 116 students using
SPayLater or GoPayLater with a minimum of once transaction. Data was
obtained by distributing questionnaires via google forms to various social media.
Data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square
(SEM-PLS).
The test result are perceived usefulness and perceived security have a
positive and significant effect on the actual use of paylater through behavioral
intention as an intervening variable and behavioral intentions of using paylater
have a positive and significant effect on actual use of paylater. While the
perceived ease of use has no effect on the actual use of paylater through
behavioral intentions as an intervening variable.
