FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUASAN NASABAH DALAM MENGGUNAKAN FITUR LAYANAN TARIK TUNAI TANPA KARTU (Studi pada Mahasiswa UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, skimming crime cases are happening very frequently in
banking services. It inflicts the bank customers to have a financial loss. As the
result, it leads to a lowering the customer satisfaction. This study aims to figure
out whether the ease, security, and pace of using the cardless service feature in
mobile banking can influence the customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah
Indonesia.
The study uses a quantitative methodology. The population of this study
was students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta as the customers of Bank Syariah
Indonesia who use the cardless service feature in mobile banking. The writer uses
the purposive sampling technique in this study. It takes 100 students of UIN Raden
Mas Said Surakarta as the respondents. The use of the questionnaire is used for
the data collection technique.
The results of this study show that the ease, security, and pace of using the
cardless service feature in mobile banking influence the customer satisfaction of
Bank Syariah Indonesia. The variable that most influences customer satisfaction
in using the cardless service feature in mobile banking is the pace of the service
with a t value of 3,44 > t-table 1.988.
