FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR PERIODE 2017-2019

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this paperwork is to analyze the determinants of capital structure of
manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2017-2019. This research
used dependent variable was Capital structure, while also used independent variabel were
tax shields, business risk, operating laverage, growth and profitability.
Using explanatory and descriptive type and also using quantitative approach. This
research employs multivariate linear regressions analysis. The analysis of this paperwork is
based on portion data estimate on population of 174 manufacturing companies listed on
Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is secunder data taken from www.idx.co.id. That
research during 3 periode. This research also used purposive sampling and also known
nonprobability sampling. The analytical method using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social
Sciences) 25.
The result showed that tax shield, business risk, operating laverage, growth and
profitability simultaneously have an effect to the capital structure. Tax shield and growth are
not significant effect on capital structure. While business risk, operating laverage and
profitability have a significant effect on capital structure.
