PENGARUH PROMOSI, DAN PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP MINAT MENABUNG EMAS DENGAN VARIABEL RELIGISIUTAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DI PEGADAIAN SYARIAH CABANG NGABEYAN
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest in saving gold at the
Sharia Pawnshop Ngabeyan Branch. These factors include promotion and knowledge with
religiosity as a moderating variable. By using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 60
respondents were involved in this study. The data used in this study were obtained through the
distribution of questionnaires. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear
regression and absolute interaction with the help of SPSS 22.
The results of this study indicate that simultaneously all variables affect the interest in
saving gold. Partially, knowledge has a positive effect on interest in saving gold, while
promotion has no effect. The religiosity variable can moderate the relationship between
promotion and interest in saving gold, but for the knowledge variable, religiosity cannot
moderate the relationship.
