PENGARUH SALES PROMOTION, KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PT GARUDA INDONESIA
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion variables, service quality and
corporate image on customer loyalty of PT Garuda Indonesia. The case study conducted is to
consumers who have boarded the Garuda Indonesia airline with 100 respondents.
The data collection of this research is by distributing questionnaires using non-
probability sampling and using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used
to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of
determination.
The results of this study are: 1) that there is no significant effect of sales promotion on
customer loyalty. 2) Service quality variable has no significant effect on customer loyalty. 3)
The corporate image variable has a significant influence on customer loyalty.
