ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MENUJU TARGET THE LIVING COMPANY (Studi Kasus pada CV Rumah Flava Indonesia)

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the development of human resources
is carried out towards the living company's target. This research is important to do to
find out the company's improvement efforts in accordance with The Living Company
theory
This research is qualitative by using interview technique and document study. The
method of data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis. The data sources in this
study used research questions that were asked to 3 respondents representing the owner
and manager of human resources and 2 employees for further analysis using data
tabulation.
The results of the study indicate that towards the living company target, Rumah
Flava Indonesia, in its human resource management approach, applies three activities:
1) providing information (informing), 2) providing influence (influencing), and 3)
providing training (training).
