PENERAPAN MODEL UTAUT DALAM MENJELASKAN FAKTOR NIAT DAN PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN SISTEM KEUANGAN DESA (SISKEUDES)

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceptance and use of
SISKEUDES at the Village Government in Wonogiri Regency using the Unified
Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT) model. The use of the
UTAUT model is based on the fact that so far UTAUT is a concept that is considered
the best and most appropriate in explaining the intention and behavior of using the
new information system. This study uses the first version of UTAUT to empirically
prove the user's intention useSISKEUDES offline and changing to online in order
to facilitate financial reporting.
This type of research is quantitative with the primary data source in the
form of a questionnaire. The population includes all Village Treasurers who work
for the Village Government in Wonogiri Regency.sampling technique used is simple
random sampling so that a sample of 105 Village Treasurers is obtained. This
research analysis tool uses SmartPLS 3.3.7.
The results showed that 4 hypotheses were accepted from a total of 5
proposed hypotheses and only 1 hypothesis was rejected. The variable of
performance expectancy, social influence has a positive effect on behavioral
intention to use SISKEUDES and the facilitating conditions have a positive effect
on behavior in using SISKEUDES. Meanwhile, effort expectancy have no effect on
behavioral intentions to use SISKEUDES. This proves that the process of changing
the old system which is still manual (Microsoft Excel) to using SISKEUDES can be
explained by the Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT)
model. The implications of the results of this study are expected, namely when a
new system comes to replace the old system where the implementation has just been
implemented, it must be done by considering whether the user has the intention to
use the new system onwards, usage behavior and perceptions about how the system
brings benefits, is easy to use, there is support from the environment. social status,
as well as the existence of facilitating conditions to support the use of the system.
The thing that needs to be put forward by the Village Government under the
auspices of the Ministry of Home Affairs in implementing SISKEUDES is the cost
benefit of implementing the new system.
