PENGARUH FAKTOR INDIVIDUAL, SITUASIONAL DAN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP INTENSI WHISTLEBLOWING PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (Studi Empiris pada SKPD Kabupaten Belitung)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on the grounds that there were findings of several
corruption cases committed by Civil Servants in Belitung Regency. The purpose of this
study was to determine whether there is an influence between attitudes, perceptions of
behavioral control, status of offenders, level of seriousness of violations, personal cost,
organizational commitment, and ethical environment on whistleblowing intentions.
This research is a quantitative research with the primary data source in the form
of a questionnaire. The population in this study are Civil Servants who work in the
Education and Culture Office and Youth and Sports Office of Belitung Regency. The
sampling technique is purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 72 respondents
can be obtained.
Based on data analysis conducted with multiple regression analysis, it can be
concluded that the variable status of the offender has a negative effect on whistleblowing
intentions. Meanwhile, the variables of the seriousness of the violation and
organizational commitment have a positive effect on whistleblowing intentions. Attitude
variables, perceived behavioral control, personal costs, and ethical environment have no
effect on whistleblowing intentions.
