ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational
leadership and motivation on performance, with organizational commitment as a
mediating variable. The population in this study were all office employees of CV
Hasan Pratama as many as 40 employees. The sample in this study were 36
employees. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. This research
data is primary data by filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data processing
is carried out with the SPSS 23.0 program. After the data is collected, instrument
testing, model testing, hypothesis testing, and mediation testing are carried out with
path analysis. The results showed that organizational commitment as a mediating
variable was able to explain the indirect influence of transformational leadership
on the performance of CV Hasan Pratama office employees. Organizational
commitment as a mediating variable is not able to explain the indirect effect of
motivation on the performance of CV Hasan Pratama office employees.
