ASSESMEN LITERASI KEUANGAN SYARIAH PADA TENAGA PENDIDIK DI SMA INSAN CENDEKIA BOARDING SCHOOL SUKOHARJO
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the literacy of educators at SMA Insan
Cendekia Boarding School Sukoharjo towards Islamic financial institutions, to
determine the factors that affect Islamic financial literacy to educators at SMA
Insan Cendekia Boarding School Sukoharjo, and to determine the evaluation
carried out on educators’ staff to know Islamic financial institutions.
This type of research was qualitative research. The primary data in this study
were obtained from observations and interviews with education staff at the Insan
Cendekia Boarding School Sukoharjo High School to determine the extent of
literacy levels regarding Islamic financial institutions. Data collection techniques
in this study was using interviews, and documentation. Activities in data analysis
in this study were data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion
drawing/verification.
Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) the literacy of
educators at SMA Insan Cendekia Boarding School Sukoharjo towards Islamic
financial institutions is not good enough (less literate). 2) The factors that
influence Islamic financial literacy in educators at SMA Insan Cendekia Boarding
School Sukoharjo include gender, education level, and work environment factors.
3) It was found that the literacy level of Islamic financial institutions, educators at
SMA Insan Cendekia Boarding School Sukoharjo is classified as less literate, so it
is hoped that there will be synergy from OJK, Bank Indonesia and universities in
broadcasting Islamic economics, especially Islamic financial institutions to the
public, especially educational staff in religious institutions. Islam.
