ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK GADAI SYARIAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH NASABAH PEGADAIAN SYARIAH UPS PASAR KLIWON SURAKARTA
ABSTRACT
The background of this research is found in the application of the marketing strategy
carried out by the Sharia Pawnshop UPS Kliwon Market Surakarta in increasing the number
of customers of Sharia Pawn products in 2017-2019 and the factors that underlie customer
interest in choosing sharia pawn products year is always increasing.
This study uses field research with qualitative methods, namely research whose data
comes from field studies that are carried out directly at the Sharia Pawnshop UPS Pasar Kliwon
Surakarta. The results of interviews and documentation will be processed by examining the
data which will later get the real meaning so that a conclusion can be drawn.

The marketing strategy carried out by the Sharia Pegadaian UPS Pasar Kliwon
Surakarta is using a marketing strategy with a door to door strategy carried out by the Sharia
Pawnshop UPS Pasar Kliwon Surakarta by going directly to the customer. Because by dealing
directly with customers, they will live and interact directly with customers, referral strategies
or from one individual to another, and millennial strategies where marketing is done using
social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp. From the Sharia pawnshop, UPS Pasar
Kliwon Surakarta also conducted socialization to campuses, schools and groups in the village
by providing education on how important it is to invest early.
