PENGARUH KOMPTENSI KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (PNS) KANTOR KECAMATAN KARTASURA
ABSTRACT
The development process requires human resources who are well trained,
experienced, and competen, so that the results of development will produce
predetermined results and have effectiveness and efficiency in an effective and efficient
manner. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work competence, work
environment, and work experience on employe work effectiveness.
This research uses quantitative research that is influential. This study used a
saturated sample because oll members of the population were selected as samples,
namely all members of the Civil Service Officer (PNS) of the Kartasura District Office.
The numbers of samples used was 35 respondents. Thus research is a research with
primary data with a questionere survey method on civil Service Officer (PNS) of the
Kartasura District Office.
The partial test has a positive and significant effect between the Work
Competency variable on Work Effectveness among Civil Servants at the Kartasura
District Office with a significance value of 3,812, for the Work Environment variable
also has a positive and signifincant effect on Work Effectiveness among Civil Servants
at the Kartasura District Office wit a significance value of 2,662, and for the Work
Experince variable also had a positive and significant effect on Work Effectiveness
among Civil Servants at the Kartasura District Office with a significance value of
2,342.
