Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Toko Star Seller Dan Online Customer Review (Penilaian Produk) Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Pembelian Dalam Aplikasi Marketplace Shopee
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect quality service of Star Seller stores and
online customer reviews (Product Ratings) on Purchasing Decisions in the Shopee
marketplace application. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of
respondents in this study were 100 student respondents at IAIN Surakarta. Data
analysis in research using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program.
The results of the study stated that the star seller variable did not have a
significant effect on purchasing decisions with the t count value smaller than t table
1.262
