ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the financial management of Kelompok Usaha
Kripik Tempe Aira Kirana. This research is a case study. This research data uses
primary data, namely information about owner and company profiles, production
processes and data on financial management. The data analysis technique used in
this research is descriptive qualitative analysis.
Based on the results and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that
Kelompok Usaha Kripik Tempe Aira Kirana has implemented financial
management, but still needs to be improved again. The budget that has been made
is the production, sales, capital and profit budget. The recording carried out is a
manual recording system using a book or note paper to record all sales and purchase
transactions. The reports made include cash flow statements and profit/loss reports
which are made once a month. Control in financial management that is carried out
is to measure and improve the recording and reporting process that is made in
accordance with the plans that have been made by the leadership to achieve a certain
goal.
