Pengaruh Produk, Promosi Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Menabung Pada Anggota Kspps Dirgantara Mitra Sejahtera Kota Surakarta

ABSTRACT

Saving decisions are actions that are directly involved in obtaining,
determining products and services, including the process of making savings
decisions and following these actions. This study has several objectives : (1) to
analyze the effect of the product on the decision to save at KSPPS Dirgantara
Mitra Sejahtera; (2) to analyze the effect of promotion on saving decisions at
KSPPS Dirgantara Mitra Sejahtera; and (3) to analyze the effect of service
quality on saving decisions at KSPPS Dirgantara Mitra Sejahtera.
The research method uses a survey research type with a quantitative
approach. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained by giving a
questionnaire or questionnaire to the respondents. The sample was obtained as
many as 50 respondents of KSPPS Dirgantara Mitra Sejahtera Surakarta
customers with non-probability sampling technique, namely purpose sampling.
While the data analysis techniques are research instrument testing, classical
assumption test, model accuracy test (F test) and coefficient of determination (R2
),
multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test). Data analysis using
linear regression with the help of SPSS for windows release 20.
The results of the study found that the product had a significant effect on
saving decisions at KSPPS Dirgantara Mitra Sejahtera Surakarta City with a
tcount of 3.562 while ttable was 2.012 or tcount > ttable and a significance level
of 0.001 < 0.05, promotion had a significant effect on saving decisions at KSPPS
Dirgantara Mitra. Prosperous Surakarta City with tcount value of 2.803 while
ttable of 2.012 or tcount > ttable and a significance level of 0.003 t table, and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05.
