ABSTRAK

The purpose of this study is to investigation the process of murabahah
financing, the development of Non Performing Financing (NPF) and the efforts
made BMT ATUNNISA Semanggi, in handling tah issue or problematic of
financing. It is motivated of interest for Murabahah from 2017-2019.
This research used descriptive qualitataive research. The technique of
colleting data using documentataion and interview with the people that related to
the problem financing.
Based on the result of study, it can be concluded that the factors cause the
problematic financing not only come from members of financing but from internal
partiens. The handling of problem financing that is by approach in a family, billing
continuously, giving warning and rescheduling latter. But all the decisions are
through consensus or kinship first between the two sides.
