Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Nasabah Non Muslim Terhadap Produk Perbankan Syariah
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the factors that influence the interest of non-Muslim
customers to the products of Islamic financial institutions. First, it is seen whether
there are potential factors such as promotion, product, or service quality that
influence the decision of non-Muslim customers to use the services of Islamic
banks. And second, how these
factors affect the decisions of non-Muslim customers.
The results of this study indicate that, product factors that provide benefits
to customers from savings products or loan funds used are because the funds stored
are safer, higher profit sharing, ATM and Mobile Banking facilities, there is also a
guarantee obtained from the product. -products they use when customers deposit
funds or borrow funds.
