Pengaruh Kujujuran, Keadilan, Dan Tanggung Jawab Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Di Karolina Coffee Boyolali
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine 1). How much influence does justice have on
customer satisfaction, 2). How big is the effect of applying the concept of honesty
and customer satisfaction 3). How big is the influence of responsibility on
customer satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative. This study uses
three independent variables, namely honesty, fairness, and responsibility and the
dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction of Karolina Coffee in Boyolali.
This study uses primary data. The sample in this study was 97 respondents taken
from the community in Boyolali City who had been to Karolina Coffee. The
sampling technique used non-probability sampling. Methods of collecting data
with a questionnaire.
The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression analysis
that 1.) Honesty has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Karolina
Coffee Boyolali. 2.) Fairness has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at
Karolina Coffee Boyolali. 3.) Responsibility has a significant effect on customer
satisfaction at Karolina Coffee Boyolali.
