ABSTRACT

This research aim to review the contribution and constrins of Micro Waqf
Bank in empower the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Micro Waqf Bank is a
financial institution that provides business financing products. Financing
provides a role in business continuity. Empowerment is an effort to develop the
capabilities that are owned so that the business is carried out optimally.
This research method uses a qualitative approach with a
phenomenological approach. The population in this study took 15 respondents
who were the group leaders by adding the subject, namely the management of
micro waqf banks. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and
triangulation. Analysis of research data using data analysis model of Miles and
Hubberman, namely collection, reduction, presentation, data and conclusions.
The result of this study indicate that the Micro Waqf Bank Contributes in
Making the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) planning in accordance with
management standards. However, the obstancle experience is in practical
implementation. This also happens in conducting operational budgets. So that the
economic of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) is not significant for the
costumer.
