Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Online Customer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Marketplace Shopee (Studi Pada Konsumen Bee Advertise)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to recognise the influence of product quality, online
customer reviews toward buying judgment of Shopee marketplace. The kind of this
research is quantitative research. The population of research is the customers of Bee
Advertise who made deal through Shopee Marketplace. The research' sample technique
was carried out by purposive sampling which had result as many as 134 customers who
got purchase.
There were two variables used in this research, independent variable and
dependent variable. Independent variable of this research is Online Customer Reviews
and Product Quality. Meanwhile, dependent variable is from buying judgment.
The result of analysis research can be proven on the hypothesis result, can be
detected that variable of product quality has value tcount= 6.526 > ttable= 1,978
significantly 0,00 < 0,05 the result that H0 was refused Ha was accepted, it means
product quality was significant influence toward buying judgment. It can be proven by
hypothesis test, product quality variable was tcount =5.313> ttable = 1,978 significantly
0,00 < 0,05 the result that H0 was refused Ha was accepted, means online customer
review was significant influence toward buying judgment.
