Analisis Marketing Mix Pada Produk Pembiayaan Rumah Bni Griya Ib Hasanah
ABSTRACT
BNI Griya iB Hasanah is a home financing in BNI Syariah that uses the principle of
murabahah (buying and selling) where BNI Syariah buys and resells with a specified
margin. This product has a more dominant portion among other consumer financing
products. This study aims to determine the growth of BNI Griya iB Hasanah
products, which each year continues to increase in terms of 4P marketing.
This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data
obtained by interview and documentation methods. Data analysis using interactive
analysis methods. The data validity used the source triangulation method.
The results of this study indicate the marketing mix plays an active role in the sales
growth of BNI Griya IB Hasanah products. Starting from products that are very
popular with customers because they have very broad functions and make it easy for
customers, competitive prices in the market, locations that are easy to reach and in
the center of a crowd and are designed in such a way for customer convenience as
well as promotions from BNI Syariah which are very supportive of BNI Griya iB
Hasanah products. can be known to the public.
The results of this study indicate that BNI Syariah applies the 7P Marketing Mix and
plays an active role in the growth of BNI Griya IB Hasanah product sales. Product,
Price and Promotion are the most influential factors in the growth of BNI Griya IB
Hasanah product sales, while the place, people, physical evidence and process
factors are less of a concern to customers.
