Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Angkringan Semar
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality,
price, and location on consumer satisfaction an Angkringan Semar. The
population in this study were all consumer of Angkringan Semar. The sample in
this study were 100 respondents of Angkringan Semar consumers. Data were
analyzed with the help off SPSS Statictics software version 16.
This research is a quantitative research method using a questionnaire as
data collection material. The variables in this study include service quality,
price, and location as independent variables and customer satisfaction as the
dependent variable. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression
analysis.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) service quality has a
significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) price has a significant effect on
customer satisfaction, (3) location has a significant effect on customer
satisfaction. The findings of this study provide a conceptual framework
regarding the factors that influence customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this
study is the existence of good service quality, in terms of relatively affordable
prices and also an adequate location so as to be able to meet expectations and
provide maximum value for customer satisfaction.
