ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of user training and education programs, top
management support, personal technical skills on the performance of users of accounting
information systems at the Baitul Mu'amalat Al Hikmah Cooperative in Blora Regency. The
data in this study used primary data by using research data collection techniques in the form
of a questionnaire method.
The sample in this study were 61 employees who were directly related to the financial
information system at Baitul Mu'amalat Al Hikmah as managers, account officers and
tellers. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data
analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on data analysis conducted by multiple linear regression analysis shows that the
variables of user training and education programs, top management support have no effect
on the performance of users of accounting information systems, while the variable of
personal technical ability has a positive effect on the performance of users of accounting
information systems.
