Analisis Pengguna E-Money Dalam Bertransasksi Dengan Shopeepay (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Di Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta)

ABSTRACT

Shopeepay is one of the most popular e-money among students. This
research aims to determine the reasons of female students for using e-money to
use shopeepay as a payment at Students of Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta.
The type of research used qualitative research. The sample used in this
research there are 6 (six) informants, there are students who use e-money who
have used Shopeepay as a payment at students of Sebelas Maret University,
Surakarta. The sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The
primary data were obtained from the results of interviews and observations of
students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. Meanwhile, the secondary data
obtained from books and research journals. There are used 4 (four) data analysis
techniques, there are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and
conclusions.
The results of the research obtained are present the female e-money users
dominance use shopeepay, because first, shopeepay is easy to use and practical.
Second, shopeepay provides benefits such as shopping vouchers, cashback and
free shipping. Third, shopeepay can also be used to store of money like a wallet
and can be used for shopping at markets or outlets that provide non-cash
payments.
