Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Minat Mahasiswa Berinvestasi Pada Saham Bris Di Surakarta

ABSTRACT

One strategy that can be done by companies so that companies can survive
or even develop is to conduct mergers and acquisitions. This expansion in the
form of a merger is carried out by the Government of Indonesia with the merger
of 3 state-owned Islamic banks, namely Bank BRISyariah, Bank Mandiri Syariah
(BSM) and Bank BNI Syariah (BNIS) which is expected to have a major impact.
However, this merger has an impact on BRIS shares. For this reason, this merger
is a momentum for investors to respond. Absorb as much information as possible
and then receive the right response
The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence investors'
interest in investing in BRIS shares in Surakarta. In the context after merging. The
method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study
are investors in Surakarta. The sample of this study is 100 investors with the
criteria of having stock savings in sharia securities, a minimum stock savings of
Rp. 100,000, - productive age between 20-50 years. Data were obtained based on
a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression
analysis, taking into account the Classical Assumption Test, Model Accuracy Test
and Hypothesis Testing.
The results showed that the variables of investment knowledge, trust, risk
perception had no effect on investors' interest in investing in BRIS shares.
Expected return variable has an effect on investor interest in investing in BRIS
shares
