Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Etis Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Yang Di Mediasi Oleh Iklim Etis Dan Motivasi Prestasi Karyawan
ABSTRACT
The study aims to find evidence of the influence of ethical leadership to
employee performance which mediated ethical climate and employee achievement
motivation to PDAM the city of Surakarta employees. Judging from the level of
absenteeism of PDAM the city of Surakarta employees, the level of absenteeism
without information is quite a lot. In addition, based on the 2019 BUMD
performance book, PDAM the city of Surakarta is in a relatively low position
compared to other PDAM in Central Java.
Population in this research is employees of PDAM the City of Surakarta
which amounted to 291 employees. Sampling technique used in this research is
probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The sample in this research
is 85 employees of PDAM the city of Surakarta. This research uses Partial Least
Square (PLS) analysis method.
The result shows that ethical leadership influences positively and
significantly towards employee performance, ethical climate, and motivation for
employee achievement. The ethical leadership also influences positively and
significantly towards the employee performance which mediated by ethical
climate and employee achievement motivation.
