Pengaruh Transformational Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Dengan Social Enterprise Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on
organizational performance with social enterprise as an intervention which is
carried out at 10 BUMDes in Klaten Regency, especially in Tulung and Polanharjo
districts. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique
used was probability random sampling with a total sample size of 75. Data were
collected by distributing questionnaires and processed using PLSanalysis
techniques (Partial Least Square) through software SEM-PLSwith SmartPLS 3.0.
The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a
positive and significant effect on social enterprise, social enterprise has a positive
and significant effect on organizational performance, and transformational
leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance with
or not through social enterprise as mediation.
