Pengaruh Keterikatan Kerja Dan Kepercayaan Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja Di Masa Pandemi Pada Karyawan Bidang Layanan Publik
ABSTRACT
The research objective was to determine the effect of organizational
engagement and trust by mediating job satisfaction on employee performance during
the pandemic for public employees. This type of research is quantitative. This study
using primary data, the sample in this study was taken 105 respondents employees of
the public service sector. The sampling technique used Nonprobability Sampling is
Purposive Sampling. Methods of data by distributing questionnaires. PLS (Partial
Least Square) analysis technique using SEM-PLS software with Smart PLS 3.0.
The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on
employee performance in public service employees. Job engagement has a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction. Work engagement has a significant positive effect
on employee performance. Organizational trust has no significant effect on job
satisfaction. Organizational trust has no significant effect on employee performance.
Organizational trust has no significant effect on employee performance through job
satisfaction. Work engagement has a significant effect on employee performance
through job satisfaction of employees in the public service sector.
