Peran Modal Sosial Dan Kemampuan Dinamik Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Non Keuangan

ABSTRACT

This research aims to determine the role of social capital and dynamic
ability in improving non-financial performance. This type of research is included
in quantitative research. The population in this study is MSMEs in Gondang
Subdistrict Sragen as many as 495. Sampling techniques used are probability
sampling and the type of sampling used in this study, namely by cluster sampling
method with a total of 83 respondents.
The variables used in this study consist of free or independent variable (X)
and bound variable or dependent variable (Y). independent variables in this study
are social capital and dynamic capabilities. As for dependent variables, namely
non-financial performance. The resulting data is analyzed using PLS analysis
technique(Partial Least Square)through SEM-PLS software with SmartPLS 3.0.
The results showed that social capital has a positive and significant effect
on non-financial performance and dynamic ability to positively and significantly
affect non-financial performance.
