Pengaruh Online Customer Review Dan Online Customer Rating Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Marketplace Shopee
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out "The Influence of
Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on Consumer Buying
Interest in the Marketplace Shopee. This type of research is quantitative. The
sample of this research is the people of Sragen Regency. The dependent variable
(Y) in this study is buying interest. While the independent variable (X) in this
study is (X1) is online customer review and the variable (X2) is online customer
rating.
The sampling technique used ismethod probability sampling withapproach
Simple Random Sampling. This study uses a questionnaire as a way of collecting
data with a sample of 100 respondents and analyzed with software SPSSversion
22. The analytical technique used to answer the questionnaire is using the multiple
linear regression analysis method.
The results of this study conclude that (1) online customer review has a
significant effect on consumer buying interest. This is evidenced by the results of
the t-test analysis 3.437 > t table (1.66071) with a significance of 0.001 t table (1.66071) with a significance value of 0.002
