Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Eiger Store Surakarta
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on consumer
satisfaction Eiger Store Solo 2. This type of research is quantitative research. Technique non
probability sampling and the type of sampling is purposive sampling with a sample size of
100 respondents.
The independent variables in this study consist of product quality variables and service
quality variables. The dependent variable in this study is the customer satisfaction variable.
The data obtained were processed using theapplication SPSS v.22.
The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect
on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer
satisfaction. Product quality and service quality have an effect of 85% on customer satisfaction.
