Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial, Kemampuan Teknologi Digital, Dan Kapabilitas Pemasaran Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bisnis Pada Umkm Fashion (Studi Kasus Pada Umkm Fashion Di Kota Surakarta)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Use,
Digital Technology Capability, and Marketing Capability on Business Growth in
MSME Fashion in the city of Surakarta.
This study uses quantitative research methods. The sample in this study were
50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by
distributing questionnaires and processing with multiple linear regression analysis
through SPSS version 22 software.
The results show that the use of social media and digital technology
capabilities has a significant effect on marketing capabilities, digital technology
capabilities and marketing capabilities have a significant effect on business growth,
while the use of social media does not have a significant effect on business growth,
and the use of social media on business growth through capabilities marketing does
not have a significant effect, while the ability of digital technology has a positive
effect on business growth through marketing capabilities.
