Pengaruh Self Leadership Dan Communication Competency Terhadap Job Performance
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Self Leadership and
Communication Competency on Job Performance. This study is a quantitative and
uses purposive sampling with respondents of 100 employees of Perumda Air
Minum Tirto Negoro, Sragen Regency, consisting of employees in varios
divisions. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis and
path analysis. The analysis tool used is SPSS version 22.
In this research, variable Job Performance acts as a dependent variable
(Y), Self Leadership as an independent variable (X), and Communication
Competency as an intervening variable (Z). The results showed: 1) Self Ledership
has positive and significant effect on Communication Competency. 2)
Communication Competency has a positive and significant effect on Job
Performance. 3) Self Leadership does not have a direct influence on Job
Performance. 4) Self Leadership has a significant effecton Job Performance
which is mediated by the Communication Competency variable.
