Mediasi Kreativitas Karyawan: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Autentik Dan Iklim Inovasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
ABSTRACT
The main objective of this study was to determine the mediating role of
employee creativity on the effect of authentic leadership and innovation climate on
employee performance.
This research was conducted with a population of PT. Alis Jaya Ciptatama.
Respondents in the study were 140 employees. This study uses SPSS 20.0 in an effort
to determine the positive and significant relationship between authentic leadership
and innovation climate with employee performance through employee creativity. The
sampling technique used is a simple random sampling technique.
The dependent variable (Y) in this study is employee performance. The
independent variables (X1) are authentic leadership and (X2) the climate of
innovation. Then the mediating/intervening variable (Z) in this study is employee
creativity. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. Then in
analyzing the data using path analysis (path analysis). The results of the study
explain that: 1) X1 has a positive and significant effect on Y. 2) X2 has a positive and
significant effect on Y. 3) X2 has a positive and significant effect on Z. 4) X2 has a
significant and positive effect on Z. 5) Z has a significant and positive effect on Y. 6)
X1 has a significant influence on Y through Z mediation. 7) X2 has a significant
influence on Y through Z.
