Pengaruh Citra Destinasi, Daya Tarik Wisata, Dan Electronic Word Of Mouth Terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan (Studi Kasus Pada Wisatawan Destinasi Wisata Umbul Ponggok)
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the
destination image, tourist attraction, and electronic word of mouth on tourist
satisfaction at the Umbul Ponggok tourist destination.
The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this
study were foreign tourists who had visited from 5 provinces in Java, namely DKI
Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Yogjakarta, and East Java. The sampling technique
used is a purposive sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection
techniques used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used to
answer the research questionnaire is multiple linear regression.
The results of this study are 1) the image of the destination has a positive and
significant effect on tourist satisfaction of the Umbul Ponggok tourist destination. 2)
tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction of the
Umbul Ponggok tourist destination. 3) electronic word of mouth has a positive and
significant effect on tourist satisfaction of the Umbul Ponggok tourist destination.
