Pengaruh Spiritual Leadership, Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dengan Dimediasi Oleh Workplace Spirituality
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual leadership, emotional
intelligence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with workplace spirituality
as a mediating variable. This study applies a quantitative method using a
questionnaire as data collecting tools which was analyzed with the help of SPSS for
windows 25.0. The object of this research are the employees at BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan of Surakarta Branch Office and the sample of 40 employeeswas
taken.
The result of the study prove that spiritual leadership and workplace
spirituality have a positive and significant effect on OCB, while emotional
intelligence has no significant effect on OCB. Spiritual leadership and emotional
intelligence have a positive and significant effect on workplace spirituality.
Workplace spirituality is not able to mediate spiritual leadership towards OCB.
Spiritual leadership has a positive significant effect on OCB mediated workplace
spirituality. This study intends to develop an understanding of human resource
management at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the Surakarta Branch Office.
