"Positioning Jasa Transportasi Online Berdasarkan Kriteria Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Memilih Jasa Transportasi Di Solo Dan Sekitarnya"
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine positioning of online transportation services
based on the criteria of quality service, price and promotion. This researcher was
conducted using a questionnaire survey. While the sampling technique uses non-
probability sampling with technique sampling incidental. The samples used in this
study was 100 respondents.
Based on data processing with the AHP method using software Expert Choice
V 11 produces the weighted value of each criterion namely service quality (0,426),
price (402), and promotion (171) with an inconsistency value of 0,02 which means it is
consistent because CR ≤ 0,1. While the weight of each online transportation service
namely Grab (0,455), Go-Jek (0,402), and Maxim (0,143) obtained an inconsistency
value of 0,02 which means it is consistent because CR ≤ 0,1. Of the results of data
processing for the most important criteria in the positioning of online transportation
services is service quality criteria and for the priority of positioning online
transportation service Grab. Service quality criteria, prices and promotions have a
significant effect on consumer decisions in choosing online transportation service.
