Pengaruh Spiritual Leadership Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Kasus Pada Karyawan Sfa Steak And Resto Di Solo Baru)
ABSTRACT
Performance is one of the factors that drive a company. Through Spiritual
Leadership, employee performance can be achieve by having a positive impact on
employees throug the emergence of emotional bonds that cause employees to
accept the goals and value of the organization.
The perpose of this research is to aims to find out influence of the spiritual
leadership on employee performance through organizational commitment as a
mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative method approach that
present the result in the form of number. The population of this research is
empliyee SFA Steak and Resto Solo Baru. Technique of sample-taking uses
purposive sampling with 44 respondent.
The results of this research are: Spiritual Leadership has a significant
effect in organizational commitment as evidenced by a significance value 0,000 <
0,005. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect in Empliyee
Performance by a significance value 0,003 < 0,005. Spiritual Leadership has a
significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment
as a mediating variable with path value 0,693. Spiritual Leadership has no direct
effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance value 0,776 >
0,005.
