Pengaruh Kualitas Informasi Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Shopee Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

ABSTRACT

This research examines the effect of information quality and trust on purchase
decisions through Shopee in the pandemic Covid-19 era. This research is done by
conducting survey toward Shopee users in Solo Raya. The research method was
quantitative method. The population of this research are consumers who have bought
products or goods from Shopee at least once a month in the pandemic era. The sample
in this research were 100 respondents and using purposive sampling as the technique.
The data collection method obtained by questionnaires which validity and reliability
has been tested. The data analysis technique to answer the hypothesis was multiple
linear regression analysis.
The result of this research indicate that (1) there is positive effect of
information quality on purchase decision through Shopee, (2) there is positive effect
of trust on purchase decision through Shopee (3) there is positive effect of information
quality and trust simultaneously on purchase decision through Shopee, (4) purchasing
decisions 66% are influenced by the quality of information and trust, and 34% are
influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
