Implikentasi Total Quality Manajement Dalam Menjaga Kepuasan Konsumen Di Cafe Kopi Janji Jiwa
ABSTRACT
Customer satisfaction is one of the markers, especially of the desire to buy and consumer loyalty.
A high standard of customer service can win the hearts of your clients, as well as make you
recognized in your target team. the main problem in a business is a mistake in doing business
management. This type of research is qualitative. Retrieval of data by observation, interviews
and documentation. Data analysis with data collection, data processing and analysis, and
conclusions. Based on the research results, the application of Total Quality Management in
maintaining customer satisfaction at the Kopi Janji Jiwa Café involves 9 elements, namely
customer focus, quality, long-term commitment, team work, system improvement, training and
education, freedom of control, unity of purpose. Café Kopi Janji Jiwa which emphasizes market
needs, ensures better quality performance in every activity area, helps in checking non-
productive and wasteful activities, is beneficial in meeting competition, this helps in developing
an adequate communication system. Lack of Total Quality Management, namely disruption of
production, employee resistance, expensive quality, preventing creativity. Factors that affect
Total Quality Management at the Kopi Janji Jiwa Café are management commitment and
understanding, customer focus, employee participation, training, communication and culture.
