Pengaruh Work Family Conflict Dan Work Overload Terhadap Job Embeddedness Dengan Perceived Supervisor Support Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Family Conflict and Work
Overload on Job Embeddedness with Perceived Supervisor Support as a
moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative method approach that presents
the results in numerical form. The population in this study were female employees
of the Garment section at PT X Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used purposive
sampling with a sample size of 87 respondents.
The results of this study include: The results show that work family conflict
has a significant negative effect on job embeddedness. Work overload has a
significant positive effect on job embeddedness. Perceived supervisor support
variable is unable to moderate the relationship between work family conflict and
job embeddedness. Perceived supervisor support variable is unable to moderate the
relationship between work overload and job embeddedness
