Corporate Governance Dan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan (Studi Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia 2017-2019)

ABSTRAC

The study aims to analyze the effect of corporate governance as proxied by
board of commissionerss,independence commissionerss, board of director, foreign
ownership and institusional ownership on tne financial performance. The population
in the research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Shari’ah Stock Index
(ISSI) during the period 2017-2019 years.
The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling method of 62
companies, to obtain a sample of 186 data. The type of research is quantitative
research. The data in this study were taken from the official website of IDX
www.idx.co.id. Multiple linier regression was used to test the hypotheses in this
study.
The result of the study provide evidence that independence commissionerss
and board of director had a positive and significant effect on the financial
performance. Meanwhile, variables are board of commissionerss,foreign ownership
and institusional ownership did not effect on financial performance.
