Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Pengawasan Dan Kinerja Anggaran Di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (Pdam) Surakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability,
transparency, and supervision on budget performance in the Regional Drinking
Water Company (PDAM) Surakarta. The population in this study were all
government employees in the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM)
Surakarta with a total of 291 employees. The sampling technique in this study using
purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 74 respondents.
The data used in this study are primary data obtained using data collection
techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple
linear regression with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results of this study
indicate that accountability, transparency, and supervision have a positive effect on
budget performance in the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Surakarta.
